S-360T series inherits the creation of S-350T series. It is a metal frame that fulfills design and function necessary to glasses at an even higher state. “Built in Gyaku-R” that composes Four Nines’ iconic Gyaku-R hinge inside the front end piece is used, to direct an extravagant style and ultimate comfort. Moreover, the total frame balance is improved by developing and composing the sheet rim, the bridge and the front end piece independently. S-360T series has two front designs, S-360T in classic round and S-361T in retro square.
Frame balance is improved by manufacturing each parts individually and by applying extra details. For promised front stability, the rim is composed with sheet metal and the bridge is constructed with a unique structure. The bridge is stabled at two position, with a screw from the front and with a pin from the back. For extra stability, a concave-convex grid is constructed on the sheet rim where the bridge joins. To maximize the performance of the frame and the lens, the lens groove of S-360T series is based on 3D data extracted from calculation of curve that minimize the stress on the lens and on the sheet rim.
